Was able to participate on Saturday outbreak. I planned other activities around this so I had more reasons to go to city and justified to travel total of 130km by car. I was able to turn the stuff to base too. Outbreak was ok experience. I had two new hunters with me but did not see/meet with them. Maybe they were too shy, but that is totally ok and understandle. So the community building aspect was bit lack cluster. Was able to send the friend request tho. Also while trying to make it to target of 100 / slay as many as possible I don’t think there is much time to meet these hunters in person at least during the outbreak. Need to stay focused the whole hour if playing with smaller group. In order to meet the target of 100 I soloed as many as possible as it felt the fastest way. If I ended up in group I stayed but it was definitely slower. Still pleasent experience and hoping the feature gets even better in the future and that more hunters without bases nearby can participate. Did not want to miss this first outbreak.
To add to the story so far looks like if there are no bases nearby it is not possible to get the contribution rewards. So there will be need to visit base again. Hopefully it will be possible to claim these also during the new wave.
It seems that the issue is planned to be improved.

Please add more bases in towns and villages even if they are rural zones there is players there aswell (me included).
Outbreak monsters should count as dimensional so we can join other players if we don’t have enough base members signed in by the time of the outbreak start.
Outbreaks should have more flexible timing starting every hour from 1pm to 11pm the only caviate is that players can only participate whichever hour they started the hunt.
Give us points for killing outbreak monsters and increase base rewards to have atleast 1 rarity 6 drop aswell preferably rift scales if the outbreak monster is rift born.

What do I need to do for my city to get an Exploration Base? I’m really frustrated that I haven’t been able to participate in any yet because there isn’t one in my city. How can such a good feature be exclusive to certain regions? I live in Brazil and I’ve traveled to several cities and haven’t seen any. Why is it so limited?
Please provide one for my city. Would I need to increase the number of collection points? Help me!

I also wish there were more bases or an option to suggest one since I don’t have any where I currently live.
But it would also help, if the game could tell me where the nearest bases are, even if they are far away. Currently I don’t even know where to look for it. I searched the nearest town but couldn’t find any. I’m considering also searching in the next even larger town, but currently it is frustrating without even having a clue where a base could be located.
A new feature and still no base nearby since the beta… why? What is the problem to add at least one in a town? Or to Show us the nearst. 10km / 30km. Wayne. But Now we cant do anything.

Hello Monster Hunter Now team,
I’d like to provide feedback on behalf of many players who are experiencing the same problem as me: the Exploration Base feature, despite having already been released, is simply not available in most cities, especially outside of major urban centers and, most importantly, outside of Asia.
I play Monster Hunter Now frequently and was very excited when the Exploration Base was announced, as it adds a very interesting cooperative and progression aspect to the game. However, in practice, I can’t take advantage of this feature because there are no accessible bases in my region, even after exploring different areas of the city.
This creates a sense of inequality among players. Those who live in large cities or specific regions can enjoy all the new content, while others are limited to only watching videos or accounts from those who have access to the feature.
I understand that the game is based on location and points of interest, but I believe that such an important feature shouldn’t be restricted to a few locations. This ends up causing frustration and demotivation in players who really enjoy the game and want to remain active.
I would respectfully request that the team consider:
A wider and fairer distribution of Exploration Bases
Or some alternative for players in regions with low point density, so that everyone can participate in the content
I hope this feedback will be considered, as it represents the experience of many players who want to fully enjoy the game but are currently unable to.

100% agree with this statement i live in a fairly busy university town in the UK and we have no bases in the town centre at all, where I live has no bases nearby but if I walk to the dead centre of town I get the same message and im now unable to take part in this new cool event and have to sit and watch the Asian and american communities enjoy this cool new feature, because capcom and Niantic have spent time given them more bases. This is while European countries have been tossed to one side with a smattering of bases and mostly all of them placed in the capital cities (not everyone lives in the countries capitals)
As an active player from Georgia, USA, this feature has always been useless for me. Throughout my months I have access to three cities that I’ll typically play in, the city I live in, the city I work in, and my home town. There are no bases between the three… I have found one in a city an hour away from my home but I don’t travel there for anything frequently and I feel one shouldn’t have to travel an hour away, especially to a city they don’t frequently visit. I 1000% agree there should be bases in all cities not just a few random picks. I would like to participate in exploration bases but I can’t conveniently do as such and I know many others that are in this same situation!

Please place a base in “Praia de Gaibu, Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE, BR”. It is a tourist beach with many visitors and players from all over the country appear, but it does not have a single base.
POR FAVOR, colocar mais Bases de Exploração espalhadas pelas cidades do Estado do RIO DE JANEIRO, BRASIL. Na minha cidade a poucas tendo que viajar 1 hora para cidade vizinha para fazer eventos em uma base de exploração.
Ja viajei muitas cidades no Nordeste e nunca achei uma base de exploração. Porque a demora em colocar mais bases??
