LBG with stepping shot style unable to step shot under bubbly blight inflicted by mizutsune bubbles. This will cause Hunter to slide even when ammo is full.

Using style customisation (Stepping Shot), with Cluster bomb. When hit by Mizutsune bubble attack, unable to shoot with stepping shot.

Thank you for reporting issue about step shot.
We will begin investigation.
If you notice anything else, feel free to reach us again.
You need at least Bubble Dance Lv. 1 to negate the downsides of Bubbleblight.
It should not stop you from performing stepping shots when you are inflicted with a status ailment effect.
That depends on the game design. If it’s as designed, it’s not a “bug”.
That’s why we reported this and wait for the dev to get back to us to confirm if it’s a design or a bug.
Same issue for Normal and Sticky ammo. Unable to shoot with stepping shots when hit by Mizutsune bubble attack.

During under bubble, you can shoot by tapping.

スキルの泡か攻撃の泡かは分かりませんが、攻撃の泡なら多分仕様なんですよね…
諦めて立ち撃ちするしかないみたいです。
近接とかは泡やられでコンボが阻害されてしまうのに、こちらだけ問題なく動けてむしろ機動力が上がる、って状況は避けたかったのかもしれません。
ミツネ装備の泡沫の舞のスキル詳細見ていただければわかりますが「泡やられ軽減」が含まれています。
該当スキルの無い状態でやられになると軽減されないので当然デメリットを100%被る訳で意図された仕様かと思われます。
泡沫で泡やられを発動してもステップショットは使えましたし、耐性のある無しの効果がちゃんと出ている物と思います。
