This is what I see for monster respawns after yesterday’s update. Reduced in amount of monster spawns, reduced in amount of 8 star monster on the field. I am on 9 star by the way. I understand there is lesser to no dimensional link spawns now due to the update. But it shouldn’t affect normal monster spawns.
