Since the latest update, it has become nearly impossible to fill a full lobby for Tobi-Kadachi 8★–10★ Hunt-a-Thons during evening hours (starting from 8–9 PM GMT+3). Occasionally, one or two players may join, but not enough to successfully complete the Hunt-a-Thon.
I’ve been experiencing the same issue here. I guess, this may occurring for multiple reasons.
Japan and East-Asia’s H-a-T is being inactive during this hours.
Too many variations of H-a-T and all kinds of elder dragons are active atm. This causing us to trouble finding a designated H-a-T within accessible distance.
GMT8-9pm is About morning to afternoon time in U.S. regions but reasons on the above prevent us to find a spot where we want to join.
Also it’s summer time. No one wants to stay under the heat too long.

Matching is affected by the activity status of other players.
So, it might not a bug but this report will be shared with the Dev team as feedback.

I want to mention that, this particular HAT is incredibly rare for me. I want to do this HAT as well, but I only see it like once or twice in the entire day of observing HATs across like 12 nodes.
And when it happens, I’m on cooldown
