Having Trouble Finding Certain Monsters

Hi I’ve noticed ever since the update on September 12th with the new monsters that other monsters are hard or next to impossible to find. For example “Mizutsune’s” no matter where I go or even look on the map I don’t see them anywhere also “Radobaan’s” have been also really difficult to locate. Just wondering if any other people are noticing this.

As stated in this notice, those monsters will temporarily stop appearing with the start of Season 3. By progressing through the story quest and defeating those monsters in emergency quest, they will start appearing in the field again.

• The following large monsters that were successfully hunted in Season 2 Urgent Quests and began to appear in the field, will temporarily stop appearing in the field after 0:00 AM (UTC) on September 12.
  • Radobaan
  • Banbaro
  • Tzitzi-Ya-Ku
  • Odogaron
  • Zinogre
  • Basarios
  • Khezu
  • Pink Rathian
  • Azure Rathalos
  • Black Diablos
  • Coral Pukei-Pukei

Note: The monsters will reappear as you progress through the Season 3 Story Quests. Otherwise, they might appear in dimensional links and events.

• The following large monsters that were successfully slayed in Season 2 Urgent Quests and became selectable in Monster Tracker will be temporarily unavailable for selection after 00:00 AM (UTC) on September 12:
  • Radobaan
  • Banbaro
  • Tzitzi-Ya-Ku
  • Odogaron
  • Basarios
  • Khezu

Note: The monsters will reappear in Monster Tracker as you progress through the Season 3 Story Quests.

• If you have cleared Chapter 13 “Sunderer of the Skies” of the Pre-Season Story, your progress in the Season 2 Story will be considered complete even if you are in the middle of a loop, and you will move on to Chapter 1 of the Season 3 Story.

Mizutsune appeared for a limited time during the Season 2 climax event, which lasted until September 10.
