This issue is occurring again: Hunt-a-thon/Elder Dragon Interception notification is always delayed, and often by a wide margin
I saw it once during v112, but then it is now very frequent in v113, if not always.
A hunt-a-thon was starting at 1708hrs. I enabled the notification for it at around 1655hrs. However, it only sent me the notification at around 1717hrs while listing “17:08” as the notification’s timestamp, which is inaccurate since it only sent the notification at 17:17, not 17:08.
