Monster Hunter Now will not load past splash screen of Chameleons after v.99 update. I’ve tried ALL troubleshooting related methods.

No a simple restart did not resolve the issue.

I’ve tried to take an image which Google lets me ,but I can’t add it on here. It’s the splash screen after you click on New or Returning player.
