I can’t see my “gift code” button, why did it disappear while I still have my “gift code item”??
I didn’t have MH Wilds before so I was waiting to buy it, but now I can’t redeem the gift code as the button to show the code disappeared (in MH Now)

Thank you for your report regarding the present code button.

Please know that the gift code from the Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration quest reward must be received before 31st March 2025, 23:59 (local time) so the present code button is not currently displayed in the app. For further information, please check our FAQ.

I have the same issue, no gift code button. I completed all quests, got the item to redeem, but can’t get the code now. I couldn’t afford the game right when it came out and didn’t know which platform I was going to get it on. There should’ve been a longer time to redeem the code. I did all that work, saved up for the game and now can’t use my code.
