Hi @ColdChicken2047 Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing trouble completing the Urgent Quest. It is possible that you are experiencing this issue due to device incompatibility. To learn more about the devices that are currently supported, please visit: bit.ly/4cr7lSx
Definitely not device compatibility. The performance of the game has been going downhill for the last 2 months. After so called updates. Now it’s getting to be near unplayable. Many hunts lag, the Radobaan urgent was especially laggy. Swiping to dodge or tapping once to attack now does nothing a lot of the time. As if the game doesn’t take any input unless I’m spamming it.
My device runs Android 10, 1440 x 2960 resolution, 6 GB of ram, and it makes no difference if I’m on 4G/5G or my 1GBps Fiber with Wi-Fi that runs at over 500MBps.
This needs to be fixed and the community needs to be compensated for all of the time and hunts we’ve missed / lost due to these issues.
@here I understand you’re experiencing lags and performance issues.
If you are using a device that has Snapdragon 855 or equivalent CPU performance, you may experience potential lags due to CPU limitations. Even if you set the Graphics Quality Settings to low, it may still cause gameplay issues. If this happens, we suggest using a different device to play.
Although, if you’re using a device which has even lower specifications, it may not be compatible. You can learn more about our device requirements here.
Even with a Snapdragon SM8450 Oppo Find X5 pro there is this performance problem and not only with Radoban but in general. It would be nice if you finally took a closer look at this, user reports about this have been increasing since v73 and every time they are wiped out. Even YouTubers report about it.
The issue is that these devices were perfectly compatible when the game launch and worked just fine without issue for months. Updates to the game are what has caused the issue. There are clear points in time when this became a problem. A lot of it is most likely due to changes by the development team to combat supposed cheating.
So many hunts end in frustration because the game just locks up and we die or time out. Why then should we spend any money on a game that doesn’t respect our time and effort?
Hi again, @Tsu634! We understand your sentiments on losing out of Hunts or Hunt-a-thons when the game lags or freezes.
However, if you’re using a device that doesn’t meet the requirements as suggested here, you may continue to experience these errors. Please consider playing on a device that is compatible for a better experience.
My phone more than meets the requirements and I was enjoying the game lag free for months. It’s only recently that updates to the game software have caused issues. Even people with new high end phones have the same issues, so changing phones won’t help. You need to fix the game or issue refunds and compensation for being unable to play.
It appears that the specifications of your device’s CPU are lower than Snapdragon 855.
We want to inform you that the game is still available for download but there may be issues during gameplay. Therefore, we must let you know that we cannot provide support. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
They are currently telling a lot of players that they should buy devices that probably don’t even exist yet! If people with a Samsung Galaxy S21+, Oppo Find X5 pro, Apple 14, Apple 14pro and above etc. also have these massive problems. Even when a lot of players haven’t had any problems for months, I’m starting to find the answers very rude.
I don’t understand. Are you saying you’ve “upgraded” the game past my phone, which met the minimum requirements and worked very good at launch? Will you be refunding me for my purchases? As you’ve made game choices outside of my control that make playing very difficult?
You’ve also failed to explain why people with brand new, top of the line phones also have the same issues. This is absolutely a network issue as there are times in the morning when the game works well again for a short time. Before lots of people get on. And times when with full signal I get network errors. I keep getting kicked out of hunt-a-thons due to “network” errors. Very obviously errors on your end.
The only way that I have found which solves the game’s performance issue is by using full gyro mode to look directly at the sky or the ground. The foliage seems to be the main contributing factor in terms of performance issue, however monsters such as Radobaan and Zinogre are definitely not optimized in comparison to most of the other roster even when using the method above.
