Hello I’m having issues with exploration bases, everytime I’m at a location with a base, it says no near by bases . Iv visited about 4 to 5 location with exploration bases but it says no near by bases . What do I need to do??

What to do when your city doesn’t have an exploration base? Sit down and cry?

Gathering point and exploration base are not the same thing.
If there are no exploration base nearby, a message like this will appear.
This is intended, but we understand the disappointment of not having exploration base in your city.
So I will share it with dev team as feedback.
Exploration bases may occasionally be deleted, but please let us know if this happens frequently.
