提案/Suggestion
If this has been suggested before feel free to merge, but it would be nice if Rarity 1 materials’ descriptions indicated whether the material was for armour or for weapons, which can help identify which materials to sell to clear up space.
The naming scheme is very inconsistent with some monsters dropping “scales” for weapons and “shells” for armour, while others drop “scales” for armour and “claws” for weapons, or something else entirely. This could be easily fixed by changing the descriptions of the materials to more accurately reflect their usage.
The descriptions are currently consistent across all material types and rarities, but as all materials above Rarity 1 are used in both armour and weapons, there’s no issue. With two separate Rarity 1 materials per monster though, it gets confusing.
Example:
“Scale obtained from a Rathalos. A common material used for forging equipment, among other things.”
and
“Wingtalon obtained from a Rathalos. A common material used for forging equipment, among other things.”
can be clarified into
“Scale obtained from a Rathalos. A common material used for forging weapons, among other things.”
and
“Wingtalon obtained from a Rathalos. A common material used for forging armour, among other things.”
現状/Current Status
All Rarity 1 materials’ descriptions ambiguously read,
“[Material] obtained from a [Monster]. A common material used for forging equipment, among other things.”
like all other dual-purpose materials, with no indication of the Rarity 1 material’s specific use case.
