Didn’t claim Base Defense Raid reward due to full storage — is it gone permanently?

If I can’t get the reward, I understand that it’s partly my fault. However, I think this is still a poor design choice. I suggest that in future events, rewards should be sent directly to the item box automatically once the event ends.

現状/Current Status

Hi, I completed the Base Defense Raid and achieved a total score of around 1.3 million, but I wasn’t able to claim the reward because my storage was full. The event has now ended, and I still haven’t received the reward.
Is it still possible for me to get the reward, or is it gone permanently?

At least not through the UI at this point. There’s no way to find the rewards from the previous Base Defense in the game now.

The fact that you’re forced to receive a decent number of monster materials, even though you thought the interception rewards were only exchangeable materials, is an unkind design.

I think there could be improvements to allow it to temporarily receive items beyond the item box, as it would during hunting.

In any case, it seems there is no way to recover it at this point.
