Completion Time A, B or C appears to be effectively meaningless. I propose that rewards given at the completion of a hunt should also factor in the Completion Time ranking. Completion Time C should be the existing rewards, with B a higher level of rewards and A a higher level still.
These higher levels of reward could either be an increased number of items rewarded - such as a time bonus, in the same way that we have the group hunt bonus - or an increase in the probability of getting higher grade items. Or a combination of the two.

プレイヤーが必要な素材のグレードが低い場合、討伐時間によって報酬のグレードが高くなると素材を集めるのが大変になります。
討伐時間によって報酬を変化させたいなら素材のグレードはそのままで、報酬の枠数かゼニーかハンターランクポイントかシーズンティアポイントのいずれかを上昇させるべきです。

And, if you are going to spend the time carefully breaking all the body parts of a monster, that will naturally mean a slower hunting time, especially at the higher level hunts.
Hunting time has never been a factor in the rewards for, as far as I understand, all the MH games. If you want more rewards per hunt, spend the time to break the body parts, not speedrun through the hunt.

I do (try to) break all of the body parts. This is my primary focus. Especially since unwanted parts can now be redeemed for Zenny, not just discarded.
But higher level weapons and higher level armour skills break parts faster than lower level weapons and unrefined armour, so this proposal would be a further incentive for players to upgrade their weapons and armour.
I would still rather break all of the parts than do a 1-second kill with a special to the weak part, but why not have breaks AND speed?

But then, recall back to when you started the game. You have nothing that will allow you to hunt fast, let alone have the leisure to break the parts more easily.
By the time you climb the way up to higher strength monsters, your weapons naturally already have to be at a high level just to even complete the hunt, especially at 9-star and beyond. It’s currently impossible to achieve “A” at 10-star even at max equipment. Since you’re at max upgrade level, there’s no reason for “better hunt rewards based on time”, so there’s no reason to hunt faster just to upgrade faster since there’s no more room to upgrade.
In fact, as it is, we’re doing just fine hunting like this without any further rewards from fast hunting time. So I don’t see why there is a need for more rewards.
If there must be rewards, there ought to be a corresponding level of risks involved. For example, to break parts, you will have to risk attacking the monster without killing it prematurely, which opens yourself up to the risk of getting hit as you work on the body parts.
But hunting fast doesn’t appear to me to have any kind of increased risks to justify for rewards. In fact, killing fast already rewards you with lower risk of getting damaged by the monster and the ability to kill more monsters in the same amount of time frame compared to another player who hunts slower.
So… Mind you, not that I don’t want to have more rewards, but I don’t want to have more rewards just because.
