Post-hunt non-monster item bonus

As a long time fan of the main line franchise, half the fun of the game is crafting, or being able to better upgrade your items. That being said, MH:NOW is formatted in a way that you have to travel around a lot to obtain items. Unfortunately a large portion of the player base resorts to GPS spoofers because there really is no way around having to travel the area for items. For those of us with full time jobs and families, of whom can’t travel around as often to squirrel these items away – could there in some way be a sort of implementation in which you get common items after a large monster hunt? With the main line game system, you run around the map and gather (usually) before the big quest fight, so I figure it couldn’t be too much of a stretch. Maybe implement a meowcenaries system or something like that? Something in which you can choose your category of needed item (mushroom/bug/ore/etc) and have an RNG system that ties into the after-fight ranking system that spits out an item or two in the category you chose, alongside your large monster hunter rewards. Maybe the idea needs workshopping, but I’d love to make these armors, and am missing the most basic ingredients that would be so easily obtained in the main games that it’s honestly frustrating.
