I cant buy ticket for Malzeno event weekend after I bough the ticket for the week one

I bought the ticket for the week malzeno hunt event during the week but when I tried to buy the same ticket but for weekend it was not there for me to buy. I want to play both week and weekend but there is no option for such.
It is also indicated on the Shop page in the game.
But I think the wording/presentation on the Web Store could be better, as it looks like you can purchase each item once (which means you can purchase both, once each).

This event have two periods, and you can only choose one.
I cannot promise that we can change the period you selected here, but if you wish to make a change, please contact our in-app support.
I dont want to make a change on the period, I though I could BOTH tickets so I could play the entire event.
It’s more money for you guys. You just have to activate the ticket sales for the other period (For programming its more simple if you activate both and when 1 is purchased , the one removed from the store is the one you purchased and so you cna buy the other).
In previous events the ticket lasted the whole event. I have no problem with you separating special events in 2 tickets but let us purchase both. If anyone complains just offer a discount onthe second or something
It says the event will happen across the duration of varios days in 2 phases, not that you can only purchase tickets for 1 period. The wording (in English and Spanish) implies that you can purchase tickets for both periods.
Indeed. The wording (for English and Spanish) and the desing both in game and in webstore implied the tickets can be purchased once each for each period.
Also, saying that the event happens in 2 phases doesnt mean you can play only during 1 phase (not ementioned anywhere). It just says It will go during ALL the days mentioned for the whole Malzeno debut, with 2 phases during all those days. Phases mean nothing except that people may choose to pay the special ticket for one but the event will continue for everyone else regardless and thus people could choose to buy both periods.
