漂移錬成とは、モンスターを討伐すると獲得できる漂流石というアイテムを使って、防具にスキルを付与できる機能です。
漂移錬成を行うためには、スキルスロットがある防具を指定のグレードまでアップグレードすることが必要です。スキルスロットが解放されるグレードは防具によって異なり、グレード5でスキルを付与できる防具もあることをご存知でしたか？
例えばトビカガチの素材から生産、強化できるカガチメイルは
- グレード2で回避距離UP
スキルが解放 - グレード4で
雷属性攻撃強化 
スキルが解放 - さらにグレード5までアップグレードすると漂移スロットが解放
とグレード5で漂移錬成によりスキルをさらに付与することが可能になります。

漂移錬成画面でカガチメイルを選択し、雷や麻痺を扱うモンスターなどから入手できる 漂流石【黄色】 を選択して錬成を開始し5キロ歩くと、雷属性攻撃強化 
などが付与される可能性があります。
※漂流石とスキルは変更になる場合があります。またイベント時に追加される漂流石もあります。
※付与できるスキルの詳細は、こちらのサポート記事をご参照ください。また、ゲーム内の「漂移錬成」画面で「漂流石」をタップすることでも確認できます。
また、グレード5とグレード8で漂移スロットを2回解放できる防具もあります。
例えば、クルルヤックの素材から生産、強化できるクルルコイルは
- グレード2で背水防御スキルが解放
- グレード4で回避距離UPスキルが解放
- グレード5で漂移スロットが解放
- グレード8で漂移スロットが解放
と2つのスキルを付与することが可能となっています。
他にもグレード5で標移スロットが解放されるおすすめ防具などありましたら教えてください。
Driftsmelting: Did you know there are armors that can have skills added at Grade 5?
Driftsmelting is a feature that allows you to add skills to your armor using an item called Driftstone, which could be obtained by slaying large monsters. To perform Driftsmelting, you need to overgrade your armor to a specified grade where the Driftsmelt Slot becomes available. The grade at which the Driftsmelt Slot is unlocked varies depending on the armor, and some armors can have skills added as early as Grade 5.
For example, Kadachi Mail, which is forged and upgraded using materials from Tobi-Kadachi, unlocks the following:
- Grade 2: Evade Extender skill unlocked
- Grade 4: Thunder Attack skill unlocked
- Grade 5: Driftsmelt Slot unlocked
Overgrading to Grade 5 allows you to perform Driftsmelting to add another skill.

By selecting Kadachi Mail in the Driftsmelting menu, choosing the Amber Driftstone obtained from monsters with thunder or paralysis attributes, and walking 5 kilometers, a skill including Thunder Attack may be obtained.
*Please note that Driftstones and available skills may change and additional Driftstones may be added during events.

Additionally, some armors can unlock a Driftsmelt Slot twice, at Grade 5 and Grade 8.
For example, the Kulu Coil, forged and upgraded using materials from Kulu-Ya-Ku, unlocks the following:
- Grade 2: Last Stand skill unlocked
- Grade 4: Evade Extender skill unlocked
- Grade 5: Driftsmelt Slot unlocked
- Grade 8: Driftsmelt Slot unlocked
This allows you to add two skills through Driftsmelting.
