[Good news]
The other day, during the Q&A session for the management at the 1st anniversary real-life event held in Taiwan, it was announced that Possession Training would be linked to My Sets!
However, the timing has not been decided yet, and it will be done in stages.
The new “remember the last loadout for each monster” feature is great. However, it needs to remember the weapon and armour config that was used in the build, not just which build.
Since we only have ten different builds - and yes, I do remember when we only had five, so I am not ungrateful for ten - everyone has to be selective about what functionality they put into each build.
I have a build for long gunlances, with Artillery and Focus, and just swap the weapon according to the elemental weakness of the monster that I am about to hunt. The new feature does correctly remember that I used my Long Gunlance build against this particular monster, but not which weapon I used. So I still have to change the weapon.
The same thing should apply to the armour build, since there are certainly users (not me) that have multiple “good” driftsmelts on the same piece of armour and have to swap between them prior to a given hunt, just as I have to swap my gunlances for the correct element.
The new feature is a great improvement, but could be a lot better.
現状/Current Status
“Remembered loadouts” does not remember weapon. All config data in the build needs to be saved, not just which build.
Make it so I can use different driftsmelt skills on different loadouts without having to go to the armour piece and change it. Lock the driftsmelt skill to the loadout not to the item. As of now if you go to loadout 1 and change a driftsmelt skill on an item, if that item is used in another loadout, it will change the driftsmelt skill on all loadouts that it’s used in. This allows for more variation in skills used in certain loadouts for example the same armour can be useful in multiple loadouts however the driftsmelt may be good for 1 loadout and not the other.
When you change the driftsmelt skill on a peice of armor in a loadout make it so that it doesn’t change the skill on all of the other loadouts. When using an armor piece in multiple loadouts it’s a hassle to go back and change the driftsmelt skill.
Is it originally Korean or something?
I can sort of understand the nuance of what they’re trying to say, but the translation is a mess…
It would probably be easier to get your point across if they used a translation software like the ones airport staff use.
Google translate is not very good sorry. And I don’t care to put in the effort for a different way to translate. If that doesn’t work for you, you are more than welcome to translate the English text to whatever language you require.
