I need to kill a six star Zinogre as a last season rask, bit for three days in a row, there are no zinogre anywhere. How can I unlock them?
They are still present, but mostly drowned out by Mizutsune, since they share the same biome. Your best bet is to find a dimensional link Zinogre if you’ve already beaten the season story, since that would unlock it in the wild.
Thanx for your answer. Does this mean that I have to beat Mitzunes to get to Zinogre? I really looked at the entire map and there were no zinogre, but lots of Mitzunes, can I use a Mitzunes dimensional link to get my seasonal Zinogre? I only have five days left for this Zinogre and already lost three days searching for it
Have you reached HR50 yet? If yes, you can join a hunt-a-thon where the final monster is an 8-star Zinogre. Just survive until the end of the hunt and don’t get hit, while trying to deal some damage to the forelegs or tail, depending on what weapon you have.

The event bonus that Increased appearances of Zinogre in field has ended.
Now, they will appear rare in field only if you unlock it in the season story.
So you better find and beat Zinogre in hunt-a-thon.

- Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. to Monday, September 2nd, 2024, at 8:59 a.m. (local time)
- Find increased appearances of Zinogre in forest and swamp habitats.
■ Mizutsune
- Monday, September 2nd, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. to Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (local time)
- Find Mizutsune once again on the field at a regular frequency in forest and swamp habitats.

No, I am just 47 and only 4 days left to get the season 2 climax last mission. Will be tough to get to level 50 and then find a hackathon that fits; really wonder why they define such an impossible last task for the season climax
Can I see the contents of a hackathon from a distance? Have looked at done hackathon but seldom see the monsters (lots of stuff but not the monsters)
Yes, you can see the hunt-a-thon line-up on the field map without waiting for them to be active. As long as they show up as a hunt-a-thon node in either active state or preliminary state, you can tap in to see.
If you cannot complete the task, it is okay. This game moves on a universal timeline that all players share, so it’s natural that new players will not be able to take advantage of everything the event has to offer. Just focus on your own gameplay for now and build up your equipment and skills.

Thanx all for the good advice! I did see a Zinogre 6 star hackathon and was able to master the zinogre with only 1 other hunter (fingers crossed)… So, all is well that ends well!
