不具合詳細: 韓国語において一部のスキル名や効果に誤りや分かりづらい部分があることを確認しております。
例1. 「状態異常蓄積時威力UP」の説明文：
・誤：공격이 히트했을 때 독, 마비, 수면, 폭파 중 하나가 축적되면 해당 공격의 위력이 자신의 상태 이상치+〇%만큼 상승한다.
・正：공격이 히트했을 때 독, 마비, 수면, 폭파 중 하나가 축적되면 해당 공격의 대미지가 〇% 증가한다.
例2. 「ジャスト回避強化」および「泡沫の舞 Lv 2」の説明文：
・誤：ジャスト回避が発動する確率が上がる
・正：ジャスト回避が発動しやすくなる
例3. 「鋼龍の凍風」のスキル名：
・誤：강룡의 동풍
・正：강룡의 얼음바람
例4. 「鬼火纏」のスキル名：
・誤：귀불전
・正：귀화 망토

Issue Title: Some Korean skill descriptions/skill name translations are inaccurate
Issue Description: When the language is set to Korean, some skill description translations are inaccurate and difficult to understand. Additionally, 1 skill name contains an error.
E.G. 1: Buildup Boost skill description:
・Current: 공격이 히트했을 때 독, 마비, 수면, 폭파 중 하나가 축적되면 해당 공격의 위력이 자신의 상태 이상치+〇%만큼 상승한다.
・Correct: 공격이 히트했을 때 독, 마비, 수면, 폭파 중 하나가 축적되면 해당 공격의 대미지가 〇% 증가한다.
E.G. 2.: Artful Dodger and Bubbly Dance skill descriptions:
・Current meaning: Chance to activate perfect evade increases
・Correct: Easier to perform a perfect evade
E.G.3. Kushala Frostwind skill name:
・Current: 강룡의 동풍
・Correct: 강룡의 얼음바람
E.G.4. Hellfire Cloak skill name:
・Current：귀불전
