I selected the 2x Rewards option using Gems, but the game froze. After restarting, I was given a Carving Knife instead of the 2x Item drop bonus. However, since the 2x effect had already applied to one Rare 6 material, two Rare 5 materials, and one Rare 6 egg, simply giving me the same materials again wouldn’t compensate for the loss, would it?
It’s like a scam where you order based on a common photo but receive a completely different product.
If you’re just going to give me Carving Knives as compensation, I’d want at least three of them. Moreover, the drop rate for Rare 6 materials is low, and you only get a chance to obtain Ancient Dragon materials once every three hours. It’s absurd to settle this with just a Carving Knife. Shouldn’t you have checked which materials were lost and provided compensation later?
By the way, I haven’t received any Rare 6 materials since then, so the compensatory Carving Knife is meaningless. I’m at the point of demanding my Gems (money) back.
Compensating for the items I should have received would be sufficient, but if you can’t handle that, shouldn’t you have suspended the 2x Carving feature while the error was present?
