Please cancel the current Monster Outbreak and postpone it again.

現状/Current Status

There’s a bug causing progress to halt due to the issue below:

A game shouldn’t be this unplayable. Please fix it first and then rerun the mass outbreak event.

Please make outbreak can be accessed from anywhere as long as we contribute to the base. No one coming to my nearest base for outbreak and the weather is not helping to go outside each time outbreak occurs
