Hey i also didnt get the free grade 10 weapon. The claim option your talking about isn’t there. @NianticModKIC
I have the same issue, no pop up, nothing new on my screen except the global kill count and the 3rd year banner, which doesn’t seem to lead to anywhere to claim an elemental weapon.

Is there anyone who still hasn’t received a weapon even after restarting multiple times?
I think it’s working as intended, but
since I already have all the target weapons at 10-5, nothing showed up.
