Matching for Hunt-a-thons and Elder Dragon Interceptions has been improved. Previously, when multiple hunters were in the initial lobby, it would not link to distant points to expand the matching. After the update, even when two hunters are already in the initial lobby, it will now link to farther points.

*When matching expands, there may be cases where you are not grouped with hunters who were in the initial lobby.
