iPhone14 iOS18.6.2 アプリバージョン106にてまだ異常が解決されていないようです。

This issue is still happening on v107. I just landed an LBG SP squarely on the nose of a roaring Rathian’s head from head-on and it damaged and broke its Back instead. I fired the SP from about 4 back-evades away, so it’s not a case of being “too close”.

The issue is still happening on v108. I just SP’ed the nose of a paralysed Chameleos and the damage went to the wings.

My hunts keep failing because the LBG SP hitbox is very unreliable like this. There’s nothing in the way and it can still damage some other body parts. It’s like throwing a dart that lands in the bullseye but the score is 0 points.

has there been any progress on the SP hit correction? It is infuriating to hit weak points head on and have the damage proc on a totally different non-weak point.
