I’m unable to log in. After I chose to log in with email, a notification appears containing a message like this, “This device, its operating system, or other software is not compatible with this application”. I’m using ASUS ROG PHONE 8. I already tried reinstalling the app but it still has the same error.

So as long as the Play Integrity API will be used, and the phone manufacturers fail to issue an urgent fix (if that is possible), we’re out of the game.

I was able to login now after phone restart on Poco F6. Updated all possible app on Google play and removed cache from Google play services.
Tried opening the game multiple times and it works for me now. Absolutely no idea what specifically helped
Wow. This worked for me. Though I just restarted my ROG Phone 8 without removing cache from Google Play Services. It never occurred to me before that I could try restarting my phone instead. Though I wonder if this is really the solution. Maybe they already fixed it. Who knows.
However, I encountered new problem now. I can’t enable the adventure sync. Whenever I try to enable it, it will automatically become disabled again.
we tried your suggested method, clear all google account, google play servies data and google playstore data. Then download the game and run again. but the result are the same, its failed
