Every time I come across a bonepiles vegetation or iron it shows up on the map but when I go near it and it comes within the circle around my player it disappears so the only way I can get it is wait for my palico to pick it up because it disappears and I can’t see it so I can’t click on it to pick it up. There might be a chance that the connection got unstable temporary. We’d suggest you trying the following steps to see how it goes:
- Make sure that you are not traveling in high speed
- Restart your device
- Reinstall the app
- Close apps running in the background
- Set the app’s graphics quality to ‘Low’ from settings
- Update your device’s OS
- Use other connection (4G, Wi-Fi)
