『モンスターハンターNow』はAndroid 8搭載端末のサポートを終了します。
このOSを搭載した端末をお使いの方は2025年11月10日頃よりリリースされるバージョン110で『モンスターハンターNow』にアクセスできなくなります。 Android 8を使用しているハンターの皆さんは、『モンスターハンターNow』を引き続きプレイできるようにOSのアップデートをお願いいたします。ご使用端末によってはAndroid 9に対応していない場合もございますので、その場合は、Android 9対応端末へのお乗り換えもご検討ください。
サポート終了の対象端末について
今回の変更の影響を受けるのは、Android 8以下がインストールされている端末のみです。 iOSユーザーおよびAndroid 9以上をご利用のAndroidユーザーには影響がありませんので、対応の必要はございません。
Android端末にインストールされているOSのバージョンがわからない場合は、端末の設定から確認できます。 「設定」>「デバイス情報」または、「端末情報」にアクセスしてください。（ご使用端末によっては各項目の名称が違う場合がありますので、端末購入店舗等にお問い合わせください）
対応方法
Android 8を搭載した端末をご利用の場合、引き続き『モンスターハンターNow』にアクセスするには、OSをアップデートする必要があります。 最新バージョンへのアップデート方法につきましては、Androidのヘルプセンターのサポート記事からご確認いただけます：https://support.google.com/android/answer/7680439
Monster Hunter Now is ending support for devices running on Android 8.
Hunters using devices with this operating system will no longer be able to access Monster Hunter Now in release version 110 on around November 10, 2025. We encourage hunters on Android 8 to update their OS for uninterrupted access to Monster Hunter Now. Some devices may not be compatible with Android 9, so in that case, please consider switching to an Android 9 compatible device.
Am I affected by this change?
Only devices with Android 8 or lower version installed are affected by this change. iOS users and Android users on Android 9 or above are not affected and do not need to take any action.
If you are not sure which version of Android is installed on your device, you can find this information in the device settings. Go to Settings > General > About. (The names of these sections may vary depending on your device, so please contact the store where you purchased your device if you are unsure.)

If you are using a device running Android 8, you will need to update your OS to continue to access Monster Hunter Now.
