The problem lies, that I am ‘not old enough’ to play it, although I fill out the necessary requirements.

So I played the game before the age limit was a thing. In the App Store it showed that it was for 12+ year olds. I was 15 at the time, and I could play it. After the introduction, I put in my birthday and the year I was born in, and it locked me out. Skipping to this year, I turned 16, tried logging in, and it refused to let me in. Although I am 16 years old at this very moment.
