Add a skill-selectable driftgem

Add a driftgem that can select any skill. It could be cost twice as much as normal driftgem.

現状/Current Status

It’s so tired of endless skill randomness. Even you get a driftgem, it still random a skill for you. In additional, driftgem does not grant all the normal skills. Randomception is pure evil and discouraging. It makes 500 KM walking distance useless.

I want to be able to choose the skills I want, I’m bored, and I don’t want to be greedy and increase the cost too much.

I am very boring about this driftmentle, I got 3 aggressive dodger but none water attack in play a months.
