ハンターの皆さん、2026年3月9日（月）（日本時間）に発生したアプリ接続障害につきましては、長い時間にわたりご迷惑をおかけしましたことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
日本時間2026年3月9日（月）20:30頃から22:00頃まで、モンスターハンターNowが利用している外部サービスの障害によりアプリに繋がらない不具合が発生していました。
現在は復旧し、正常にプレイできる状態です。
障害発生中に開催予定だった拠点要撃戦に関しましては、すべてのタイムゾーンにおいて、下記の日程にて追加開催を実施させていただくことが決定いたしました。

※イベント参加前に必ずアプリを再起動してからご参加ください。再起動を行わずに参加された場合、正常にプレイできない事象が発生する可能性があります。

Hunters, we sincerely apologize for the prolonged inconvenience caused by the app connectivity issue that occurred on Monday, March 9, 2026.
The issue, which occurred from approximately 11:30 to 13:00 UTC on Monday, March 9, 2026, prevented connection to the app due to an outage of an external service utilized by Monster Hunter Now. The issue has now been resolved, and normal gameplay has been restored.
Regarding the Base Defense that was scheduled to take place during the outage, we have decided to hold an additional session for all time zones on the following date:
