不具合詳細: ゆく年狩る年冬祭り2025〜2026期間中、大連続狩猟/古龍迎撃戦の開催時間が拡大されていますが、23:40〜23:59の間、大連続狩猟/古龍迎撃戦が予告状態になりません。

Issue Title: During the A Happy Hunting New Year 2026 event, Hunt-a-thons and Elder Dragon Interceptions do not enter the preliminary state between 23:40 and 23:59.
Issue Description: During the A Happy Hunting New Year 2026 event, although the event time for Hunt-a-thons and Elder Dragon Interceptions has been extended, between 23:40 and 23:59 they still do not enter the preliminary state.
