Issue Title: Season 11 Wave 1 Outbreak schedule discrepancy
Issue Description: The Season 11 Wave 1 Outbreak planned for 10/2 to 10/4 is mistakenly displayed as taking place from 10/1 to 10/3 in the app.
Status: Fixed.
Update: October 1, 2026, 09:21 UTC
As a result of the fix for this issue, participation sign-ups that were submitted before the fix may no longer be active for the Season 11 Wave 1 Monster Outbreak.
If you are planning to participate, please check before the Monster Outbreak begins that your participation sign-up is still active for the Exploration Base and time slot you plan to join.
If your participation sign-up is no longer active, please select “Participate” again, check the time slot you plan to join, and select “OK”.
Due to this issue, the number of hunters shown as planning to participate on the Monster Outbreak preview screen may appear lower than the actual number.
To receive rewards for hunters who use participation sign-up, you must sign up for participation and hunt at least one target monster at the Exploration Base and time slot you signed up for.
We apologize for the confusion caused.
