Completing main and season story quests should give money. Maybe 100 per small objective, and 500 for urgents. We currently get HR points which do absolutely nothing and season pass points, which do help and contribute to progression, but only indirectly. Speaking personally though, I would rather earn 10 Zenny than 1 billion HRP, because HRP doesn’t mean anything in this game.
