Q: 素材が削除されてしまいました
A: 素材を削除する画面で削除したいアイテムが「0」の状態で「-」をタップした場合、所持しているそのアイテムが全て選択されます。(鉄鉱石を30個所持している状態で鉄鉱石横の「-」をタップすると30個全てが削除対象になる) ご注意ください。
操作後すぐにご連絡いただいた場合、復旧できる場合があります。アプリ内のお問い合わせよりご連絡ください。
Q: My materials have been deleted
A: If, on the material deletion screen, you tap “-” when the number next to the desired item is “0”, all of that item you possess will be selected. (For example, if you have 30 iron ores and tap “-” next to iron ore, all 30 will be marked for deletion.) Please be cautious. If you contact us immediately after the operation, recovery may be possible. Please contact us from within the app.
