I made exactly the same point about the longer waiting time here:

Minimum health should be 30, not 30%

Also, I think (but not sure) that the +1 for the health lasts for 24 hours, not the calendar day. Certainly, it seems to be 72 hours later not three calendar days later that you can cheer the same person again.
