Skyward Striker and Guts Skills has been changed.

Skyward Striker at max level, attack is increased by 10%
Guts’ max level HP threshold is changed from 40 to 30

Is this the norm now? Devs adjusting skills without prior notice?

Are there any other skills we don’t know that were adjusted?

This is the old values for skyward striker. I am aware of the current value. I just want to know if this is announced or not.
