Since the 108.0 upgrade, only three materials in my item box are showing as favorites. My weapons and equipment are still marked as favorites but materials aren’t showing as favorites in the item box.
For some people, the issue occurs only for some of the favourited equipment, where if they marked Equipment A and Equipment B as favourites, only the materials needed for forging/upgrading Equipment A will show the green bookmark icon on them while the materials needed for forging/upgrading Equipment B will not have the green bookmark icon.
For my case (and probably OP’s case too), NONE of my materials have any green bookmarks at all since updating to v108, as if I don’t have any upgradeable/forgeable equipment favourited (which I definitely do have some equipment that are not at 10.5, especially my favourited armour pieces that I don’t intend to upgrade further but I want them favourited nonetheless).
Item box shows only three materials bookmarked but many more should be showing. Weapons/equipment are still bookmarked as favorites; they just aren’t all showing up in item box.

Yes, this issue has been active for I believe multiple weeks now and is making collecting, deleting, upgrading, sorting and using materials/equipment extremely difficult. Personally unknowingly, i’m sure I have deleted tons if not hundreds of materials that I needed to upgrade certain pieces of equipment on accident because of this issue (trying to open up item space capacity or to get more zenny, etc…). Collecting/upgrading weapons and armor is literally half of why most people or at least myself & ppl I know play monster hunter/MHN. I hope Niantic understands the severity of this “bug” and that there will be some sort of compensation for this ridiculously long dragged out issue, whether it be in materials or gems or even a HEAVILY rewarded set of tasks to complete to make up for it. I’m not one to complain but this has just been dragged out for too long, taking away the fun & experience of playing the game.
Please provide an estimate on when we can expect a fix for this. I don’t know what items to buy from the Halloween event exchange because I can’t see what items I need.
