I really enjoy the game, but the one thing I believe you could easily improve dramatically is the status ailments. In the Hunter Guide, there is no clear chart with the icons that represent the various elements, so it can be difficult to ensure that a ‘lightning bolt icon’ actually represents ‘thunder’ in terms of looking for buffs from your armor. The only place I could find with the status names along with the status icons is in the Monster Hunter guide under individual monsters. I think it would be helpful for everyone if you would create a simple chart at or near the beginning of the hunter guide to show the icons and the corresponding labels.

- not every status icon is easy to match up to it’s corresponding name label
- it takes a lot of time setting up gear combinations for maxing a build
