Issue Title: The skill Normal/Element Ammo Boost does not work correctly on the Lucky Light Bowgun and Summer Blaster
Issue Description: When using Normal Ammo with the Lucky Light Bowgun or Summer Blaster, the Normal/Element Ammo Boost skill does not work as intended.
