問題の詳細/Issue Details

I have a Jyuratodus 10* on paintball tracker reward. The last one the first 2 hunts timed out while at home on full strength wifi, while the third worked. 5 monsters later the first attempt succeeded in the sense that I did kill the monster, but instead of drops it gave a communications error. The bug is that all 3 of these were marked as failed hunts, if 3 time out in a row I loose the monster though no fault of my own. Communication failure should not be considered as failed hunts.

その他の情報/Other Information

No, restarts had no effect. I have not attached screen shots as the communications failure blocks the screen. Other hunts, friend hunts, world monster hunts, other paintball hunts are working fine, the time out is only on the tracker reward monster.

@acmene
Thanks for the report.

It is expected behavior for the tracker to continue counting even if a network issue occurs.
Therefore, I would like to investigate why network errors tend to occur only when using the tracker.
Could you please share the following information?

・Do you experience network errors at other times or with other apps?
・Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

I tried a world monster from home which also immediately timed out. I just tried another which worked okay. However the app then hung for several seconds (which has been happening sporadically). I then fought a rift Pukie 8* on paintball & it timed out. I’m going for a walk now to see what happens on mobile.

Facebook, Youtube, etc are working on Wifi but the game isn’t.
With fairly poor reception (5G with 0-3 bars fluctuating) I was able to kill 5 world monsters, the tracker reward, & another paintball monster with no issues at all.

I loaded Pokemon Go, which worked fine on Wifi, except a slight delay applying a berry at one point. I realise that’s a simple game in comparison. I also watched a Netflix show without issues. I killed a 6 star Coral in the world without issues, then tried an 8 star rift Girros in a DL, which was very slow to start, and sat in the death screen for several minutes. I then had an Urgent Quest for a Chata which went fine.

Also this only started today after the update, yesterday & earlier there were no issues like this.

Today everything is fine. So it had something to do with the update. The game is usually flakey for 24 hours after an update, but this is the first time it’s worked better in poor mobile reception than in good wifi.
