### 携帯端末情報(必須)/Mobile Device Information(Required)\* iPhone13 ### アプリのバージョン(必須）/App Version(Required)\* 最新 ### 問題が発生する頻度/Frequency of the issue occurring 頻繁/Frequent ### 問題の詳細/Issue Details 特に次元リンクなどで、ロビーにて他のハンターさんが入った瞬間にアプリが落ちます。 ハンターが入ってきた時のデータ量にすら耐えられていないのでしょうか？？？ 毎日困っているので早くどうにかして欲しいです ### その他の情報/Other Information 稀に1人でやってても落ちます ---

@Ksandayo グループハント等でアプリが頻繁に落ちてしまうとのことで、ご報告いただきありがとうございます。 モンスターハンターNowでは継続的にアプリのパフォーマンス改善作業が行われておりますので、今回いただいた内容は担当チームへ報告いたします。本件に関して皆さまにご案内可能な内容がありましたら、当フォーラムでアナウンスさせていただきます。 一方で改善の可能性があるトラブルシューティングをいくつかご案内いたしますので、今後も同様の問題が発生してしまう場合は以下をお試しいただけますでしょうか。 ・端末の再起動 ・アプリの再インストール ・バックグラウンドで起動中のアプリを無効にする ・設定画面でアプリの画質を「低」に設定する ・設定画面で「狩猟中の描画を滑らか(60fps)にする」のチェックを外す ・設定画面で全てのアセットをダウンロードする ・スマートフォンの温度が下がるまで待つ ・(iOS端末)低電力モードを解除する 貴重なお時間を割いてご連絡くださったこと、感謝いたします。 今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 ---

その対処では全く直りません。最近あまりにも頻繁二落ちて大変ストレスです。 ---

体感ですが10分以上モンハンnowを起動してるとソロでも共闘でも落ちやすくなっている気がします。 大連続で途中で落ちたくない場合はあえてアプリを再起動してから入る工夫はしてますが、とにかくストレスです。 ---

同じく、全て試してみましたが相変わらずアプリが落ちます。 画質、fpsなどは年中下げていますし… BOXの容量が、ワイルズのコラボ記念特典で少しずつ増え、無課金勢でもまともに楽しめるようになってきた今、アプリ落ちが1番のストレスになっている気がします。 運営さん、対策頑張ってください！ ---

確かに、アプリを開いてすぐ落ちることはほとんどない気がしますね…！ 大連続や古龍の前は、１回開き直すようにします！ (しかし、こんなことを毎度毎度しなくても良いようになれば、お互い嬉しいですね…😭) ---

私も良く落ちます。大連続や古龍入って落ちたり、リザルト画面で落ちて体力だけ減って狩った判定にならないことがあるとかなり萎えますね。 ---

This has never happened before. Since the day the Insect Glaive style change was implemented on the 17th, I’ve been getting disconnected in the lobby. Even when I join, I sometimes get disconnected. I submitted a support ticket, but even though I stated that I reinstalled the app, they only sent back a boilerplate response. It’s infuriating. ---
