# 報酬確認時にフリーズ

報酬確認画面でフリーズして確認ボタンを押せなかった。

アプリの再起動で動くようになったが、報酬を獲得できなかったと思う。

1. [ハンターアイコン] をタップ
2. [設定] を選択
3. [お問い合わせ] を選択
4. ユーザーサポートとのチャットが開始。  
画面の指示に従い、お困りの内容をご説明ください。  
※ その際に「フォーラムよりお問い合わせ」およびお問い合わせ内容の記載をお願いいたします。
5. 「その他の問題」を選択
