Proposal/Suggestion

Increase the effect magnitude of the “Power Surge” skill, lower its maximum level, or make it activate earlier during combat.

Current Status/Current Status

The skill “True Potential” was implemented as another skill that activates late in combat, similar to “Power Surge.” However, its effect is extremely powerful, and its low maximum level does not burden equipment costs.
On the other hand, “Power Surge” has a decent strength due to its effects of increasing Critical Hit Rate and accelerating SP Gauge gain.
It has no role in quick fights, and for battles against stronger foes, players tend to equip even more powerful skills, making its current value low.
Its usage rate might be high, but this is likely due to the influence of the weapon skill associated with the Charge Blade “Destroyer,” and does not necessarily reflect the number of players who find value in “Power Surge” itself.

Unlike Master Rank skills, it occupies a Tempering slot, but since the Pin Insertion effect is powerful, I often use it in Quick Strike battles and against Elder Dragons. However, I don’t think it’s so weak that it requires a buff.
