Can't Lock On. Gyro is OFF

Even with Gyro turned OFF, Lock On does not appear. I can’t lock on.
I have the Lock On skill equipped with トリスヘルム.

Thank you for reporting that Lock On cannot be used.

Just to confirm, is the issue that there is no response when tapping the Lock On button at the bottom right during a hunt? If so, we would like to look into the details, so please let us know the following:

・A video showing what happens when tapping the Lock On button during a hunt
・A screenshot of the loadout you are using
・Are you able to use Lock On with other weapon types or armor?
・Any other details you may have noticed
