Nargacuga can usually be found in both Forest and Swamp biomes, but the investigation only lets them spawn in the Forest biome more frequently, when every other monster has multiple spawns. This feels like an oversight that should be fixed.

After confirming with the relevant team, we were informed that this is intended. Please know that the same behavior can be observed with other monsters, such as Banbaro (swamp) or Tigrex (desert).

But those two have at least two biomes they can spawn in, when picking this investigation. Even Brute Tigrex can spawn in both biomes in Non-Elemental/Dragon Element Monster Investigation 2. This makes farming Nargacuga parts extremely tedious, more than any other monster.
