fix bases !

I stay a good drive away from the nearest Base which I don’t mind driving, but since that feature has launched I’ve done it by myself, plus its only open for 30 minutes. I generally use my lunch break to go drive in range on the nearest one. I wish it was setup like hunt-a-thons. Groups from all over could fight together but points would stay local on that base. I’ve missed out on a lot because of it. I’ve been playing ever since the game released, and have maxed armor and weapons.
