I was unable to claim rewards with the claim rewards button so I thought the game would auto advance me to 9-Star at the end of the season. When the new season started yesterday I was sad to see 8-Star Urgent. I also did not receive my Season 1 Medal with 228 Tiers. Is there anyway I can advance to 9-Star without going through the whole story again? I spent last season powering up all my Armor to at least Rank 6.1 & all my favourite weapons to 7.5. I would hate to have to do all of 8-Star storyline again. Also, the missing medal is really bothering me because I spent alot of money to advance & now I have nothing to show for it. Please help ---
