I last opened the app a few days ago. My character had a customized appearance, lvl 10 weapon from the 3rd anniversary event, and I had 3 friends + contributions in my local Base.
Now I log in at level 3 with a reset character appearance and lost all of my progress

Form submitted. No, it is 100% the same account. Same account ID and email show up, my avatar is in its same pose I selected, however the avatar is reset and everything I had from all of September is gone.
